When you connect the LV-1020 to your computer, please make sure use the USB-5V cable correctly. The doc cam will get electricity from the USB cable. The item comes with a CD that includes User Manual and the software for the LV-1020; At first you need to install the “LongjoyCam” software, Then use the USB cable to connect the LV-1020 to your computer; Open the “LongjoyCam” software on your computer; The software provides a lot of functions to operate the document camera. And the operation can be easily done by the operation manual. (If you’ve already installed the software, but the device was still not working or your computer doesn’t have CD drive, please go to Longjoytech website to download the updated software and user manual.
