Why can’t you download or update Netflix/Disney+ software version on Play Store?

Is the projector compatible with external Bluetooth devices?
Yes, it is compatible with external Bluetooth devices. Please connect your Bluetooth speaker with projector.
What should I do if I have video but no audio on my projector?
Dolby Sound is not supported, please turn off any Dolby sound settings on your connected devices or Apps.
Does the projector support screen mirroring?
It support for “Android” screen mirroring, open “wifi display” app; But if you need to support “iOS” screen mirroring, please download the casting software, such as “AirScreen” etc
How do I hang the projector from the ceiling?
1. Remove the four footpads from the bottom of the projector.
2. Screw the ceiling mount into the holes (M4 screw) under the footpads.
3. Adjust projection mode.
