Our Story
How did we come up with Fresh-Tips?
I come from a family of dedicated dentists and dental hygienists, so from a young age I learned the importance of maintaining excellent oral care. I knew my calling was to become a dentist so that I could help people be confident in their smiles. In this pursuit, I wanted to create an easy and discreet way for people to clean their teeth, tongue, and gums on-the-go. The initial inspiration for our patented design came to me when I went to our local pharmacy and saw a squishy toy with soft rubber spikes. I began to brainstorm how this shape could be transformed into a disposable “mini” toothbrush. From that point on, my husband and I worked tirelessly to come up with the perfect design that allows everybody to have a clean mouth anywhere, anytime.

If you’re an avid traveler these are perfect because they are small enough to fit into your bags and can be used at any point of your journey.
Younger kids love Fresh-Tips because the brushing experience is a lot more fun! My kids have grown up using Fresh-Tips and love the freshening ring because they think of it as a treat!
Older people are extremely comfortable brushing their teeth with Fresh-Tips because of the gentle bristles and the peppermint taste it leaves in your mouth.
Why is our product unique?
Two really great unintended benefits of our product is hearing that some use our brush to avoid smoking. Others, use it as a way to snack less. So while our initial intent was to provide a portable toothbrush, that can help in other unique other ways!
Most toothpastes have fluoride as the main ingredient and it’s not recommended to be ingested in large quantities. In contrast, our xylitol freshening rings can be ingested throughout the day.
