Trouble shooting:
The device can’t recognize the cards or read it wrong.
1. Please switch on the card reader first before inserting the card. You shall hear the welcome audio and the indicator light on the device will turn green. It’s possible that the device is out of battery when received, in this case, please charge it before using.
2. Please make sure the card are pushed down to the bottom, when a card is inserted correctly, the indicate light on the device will turn to green and you shall hear the indicate sound.
3. If the cards are inserted correctly and still the device is not reading the card, please turn off the device and try again.
